We ship from our headquarters in Berlin and Florence. Shipping is free on all orders above 500 euros.

* The customer must cover duties and taxes on orders sent outside the European Union.

How it works

Upon successful placement of your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with the order number. We start preparing your order within 72 hours. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to update.

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate because if the items are returned to us we will have to charge for re-postage.

Our shipping partners are UPS and DHL, with expected shipping timeframes as follows:

  • For the EU and UK 3 to 7 working days from receiving your tracking confirmation.  
  • For Canada, US, and Japan expect 3 to 5 working days, excluding customs delays.

If you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for re-postage.
MAGATA does not take responsibility for any delays or packages out of our control.

Customs, Taxes, Duties & Fees

When ordering from us, you're responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. Please note that shipping times may be significantly delayed, and in some cases, the customer may need to collect their package from customs.

While shipping internationally usually incurs no additional fees, please read the following before ordering:

Orders are typically marked as "GIFTS" to avoid unnecessary customs payments. However, products may still be subject to import taxes and fees by the destination country. In such cases, delivery will only occur after the recipient pays these fees. Unfortunately, we can't control this but can inform you here.

If additional charges apply upon receipt and you choose not to pay, MAGATA is not liable for any customs charges and reserves the right to withhold shipping fees, return fees, taxes, or product costs.

Return postage costs are the customers responsibilityReturns are not allowed on bespoke orders, since they can't be sold again after their return.

You can send us an email for the return at with your name and address and order number, within 7 days since you have received the order, and you have 14 days to return it to us.
You have to ship the item in the original package unworn, with all the tags attached and in perfect conditions.

*You must use a tracked shipment to return your item in order to avoid missing parcels. Please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment. We don't take responsibility if the return good is lost because not tracked.

* If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" or "GIFT" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs and your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

* You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.

* In case of any product that is in unacceptable condition such as worn, used, scratched or damaged MAGATA reserves the right to deny the return claim and reimbursement. In such cases MAGATA would return the item to the buyer at the expense of the buyer.

When will receive the order, we will check its conditions and we will reimburse your purchase minus the Stripe fee and shipping costs.

In the uncommon case in which the item you’ve received is faulty, please contact us with the description and photos of the defect. We will shortly get back to you in order to help and find the best solution.

* If the item is not returned within a reasonable 14-day timeframe and is not in the conditions stated above, you are not eligible for a refund. 

We do not accept exchanges at the moment because we produce in limited quantities. However, you can return your order, and we'll reimburse you. You can then make a new purchase of the new item via our web shop.

If the product was purchased from a retailer, please get in touch with the retailer directly for support.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

SALE ITEMS are final. This includes SAMPLE SALE pieces.
