We suggest frequently hanging Magata garments to air out, preserving their quality and reducing washing and pollution.
Washing
Opt for an easy and safe gentle machine wash using a neutral soap and a low spin at 30°C. Alternatively, hand-wash and rinse with lukewarm water. Linen, cotton and hemp pieces can be hung to ventilate between wears, instead of being washed each time.
*Wash with like colours.
*Never dry clean or tumble dry.
If you have an oil stain best bring it to your eco dry cleaner.
After washing
Try to dry your clothes flat, hangers or clothespins can cause marks on the fabric. When ironing your piece, flip it inside-out whilst the linen is still a little bit damp.

RETURNS
(14 days return policy)
- Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. Returns are not allowed on bespoke orders, since they can't be sold again after their return.
- You can send us an email for the return at SHOP@MAGATAPROJECT.COM with your name and address and order number, within 7 days since you have received the order, and you have 14 days to return it to us.
- You have to ship the item in the original package unworn, with all the tags attached and in perfect conditions.
- You must use a tracked shipment to return your item in order to avoid missing parcels. Please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment. We don't take responsibility if the return good is lost because not tracked.
- If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" or "GIFT" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs and your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
- If the item is not returned within a reasonable 14-day timeframe and is not in the conditions stated above, you are not eligible for a refund.
- We do not accept exchanges at the moment because we produce in limited quantities. However, you can return your order, and we'll reimburse you. You can then make a new purchase of the new item via our web shop.
